It is currently very hard to distinguish a connected arrow from a non-connected one. I have to drag the objects around to figure that out.
I think it would be good to have a subtle marker of the anchors of an arrow (or any line/curve connector, really), both when drawing them, and later when they are selected.
It's not necessary for the anchors to remain in the same place of the source/target object, but it would be nice to be able to see that they are there.
I'm attaching a small demo of the feature as implemented in Google Slides. it's not perfect, but it gives a good idea of what could be done.
